Paula Werrett is a fully qualified nutritional therapist who trained at the prestigious Institute for Optimum Nutrition. Paula became interested in nutrition after suffering from health problems herself and discovering the way in which good nutrition helped.

Since qualifying Paula has helped clients with a diverse range of health issues ranging from digestive problems and IBS to fatigue, anxiety, arthritis, allergies, weight problems, hormonal imbalances, depression, PMS, skin problems and childrens' health.

Paula is also a Foresight practitioner specialising in nutrition for fertility and preconception care.

Costs

The first consultation costs £50 and lasts between 1 hour and 1 and a quarter hours.

Follow up consultations cost £35 and last between 30- 40 minutes.

If diagnostic tests and supplements are recommended these will be charged for separately. Some diagnostic test costs may be covered by private medical insurance companies. Please check with your insurer.

Client confidentiality will be maintained at all times. Details of your records will only be released upon your written consent. This includes to General Practitioners (GPs).

Nutritional advice is not an alternative to medical advice, and you are encouraged to discuss your condition with your GP. In some cases, you may be referred to your GP. This may be for tests which are available on the NHS or to ensure that recommended supplements will work appropriately with any medication you may be taking.

Cancellation fees; appointments missed or cancelled within 48 hours will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee, within 24 hours a 100% cancellation fee of £50 applies.

Payment should be made by cash or cheque at the time of the appointment. Cheques should be made payable to ‘Paula Werrett’.
